What We Offer
One-on-One Personal Training
Our 1:1 classes offer a detailed and tailored approach to individual guest's needs. These customized sessions include reoccurring assessments, corrective exercises to address muscle imbalances and posture, cardio and strength training.
Adaptive/Special Needs sessions $50
Non-Adaptive (neurotypical) sessions $60
*ask us about our "Double-up" sessions for couples, friends, family members.


Group Classes
Group classes are a great way to start if someone is not ready for 1:1 sessions. This program helps build social skills, understand teamwork, and have a whole lot of fun all while getting in shape!
Classes consist of stretching time, agility, balance work, and light strength training, all designed to target activities of daily living (squat, hinge, step, push, pull, etc).
Group Classes $20 per person
Group class dates will fluctuate, so please follow us on social media or check back here for dates, times, and locations.

In this program, we will focus on the 3 main lifts which are bench press, squat, and deadlift as well as building auxillary muscles.
Our goal is to one day put in an All Stars team for Special Olympics!
$50 per session
Powerlifting (adhering to all Special Olympics guidelines)
